To secure this vital land and realize our vision, we must present undeniable financial readiness to the council. This commitment accounts for a significant 30% of the entire bid's weightage – making it the single most critical factor for our success.
Having immediate funds available is paramount; it assures the council of our project's viability and our capacity to commence construction without delay. Operational Costs Until Bid Submission
Before we can even submit our bid, we need £5,000-£10,000 to cover critical expenses: campaign materials, professional bid preparation, submission fees, and expert consultations. These costs are immediate and essential—without them, we cannot present a competitive application.
