Submission Update – Northstowe Faith and Community Land

Our Expression of Interest for the Northstowe Faith and Community Land has been successfully submitted, in full alignment with the Council's published process and timelines. Our compelling vision centers on establishing a Hindu Temple, complemented by a vibrant interfaith community and wellbeing hub. This is a highly competitive bid, and the successful applicant will be awarded a 999-year lease to develop this important parcel of land.


Assessment Process and Timeline

Following the closure of the Expression of Interest window, the Council will follow a structured process to assess proposals and reach a decision. The stages below are indicative and based on the Council's published information.

Officer Assessment & Publication
